Job summary

A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a qualified Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with at least 1 year PQE to advise on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters and to draft and negotiate key agreements. You will work closely with management and external advisers to provide practical legal solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently while ensuring compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or equivalent, qualified advocate and solicitor in Singapore with active Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
• Good understanding of Singapore corporate, commercial and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, legal research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to provide practical legal solutions.

Responsibilities
