Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools such as Microsoft Co-pilot and Power BI.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Service-oriented leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or people‑management role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with data tools such as Microsoft Co‑pilot, Power BI and/or experience in the use of technology to advance your cause is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• A service‑oriented leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
