Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Emergency Planning Lead in Singapore to oversee hospital emergency preparedness across pandemics and IT downtime. You will coordinate crisis response, manage plans and SOPs, and supervise the Emergency Planning team while tracking budgets and coordinating with MOH and other stakeholders.

The role demands 4–6 years in healthcare operations or emergency management, strong leadership, budgeting know‑how and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
