Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a training developer to design and review doctrine and training programmes for peacetime support operations. You will analyse competency needs, align curricula with organisational objectives, and evaluate training effectiveness to drive data‑driven improvements.

The role focuses on stakeholder collaboration, guiding principles for task achievement, and partnering with the Army Logistics Training Institute to deliver engaging curricula for Supply
