Job summary

Info-communications Media Development Authority in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to drive adoption of Digital Utilities, including digital identity and document attestation, and to prototype new tools such as Verifiable Credentials that can give Singapore enterprises a competitive edge in the digital economy.

You will engage stakeholders from both public and private sectors, conduct studies, and align strategies for domestic and international use cases, shaping GTM approaches for

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in public policy making and/or product management in technology related fields.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, clarity of thought and ability to navigate uncertainties in greenfield areas.
• Good understanding of enterprise needs, tech sector, macro-economic landscape, technology trends and public policy/ administration.
• Outcome-focused and able to manage complexity; proactive and independent in fast environments; sound project management skills.
• High personal standards with excellent writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domestic and international studies, analyse opportunities and develop strategies to drive adoption and utilisation of digital identity and document attestation products; explore enhancements using Verifiable Credentials and Digital Wallets.
• Engage stakeholders from private and public sectors to understand technical and business requirements for cross-border use cases and interoperability.
• Collaborate with internal IMDA divisions, government agencies and industry partners to align domestic and international strategy, positioning and GTM strategies for adoption and cross-border interoperability.
