Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 7 years in crisis management or BCP.
• Extensive knowledge or experience in business continuity and crisis planning.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with regulators and government agencies.
• Self-motivated, independent, able to multi-task under pressure.
• Experience in team leadership and people development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor emergency response and business continuity plans across operational domains.
• Ensure alignment with BCMS framework and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and government agencies during crises and disruptions.
• Identify risk areas and propose mitigations to minimise disruptions to operations.
• Plan and oversee exercises validating emergency and business continuity plans.
• Represent CAG at emergency exercises and communicate priorities clearly.
• Develop and maintain training frameworks for staff on emergency response and BC plans.
• Oversee crisis management facilities to ensure readiness and integrity.
