Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Business Continuity and Preparedness to oversee emergency response and continuity planning for RTS Link Woodlands North Station. You will lead the development of incident management frameworks and exercise programs in a cross-border context with Malaysian agencies.

The role requires coordinating with multiple agencies, conducting tabletop and live drills, and ensuring plans reflect bilateral operating requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in safety management, engineering, or related field with experience in emergency preparedness, business continuity, or operational resilience in transport/infrastructure settings.
• Preferably 2 years of experience with national or large-scale events.
• Experience designing and conducting exercises (tabletop, functional, drills).
• Understanding of business continuity planning principles including scenario development and recovery objectives.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and maintain strong written communication.
• Calm and structured under pressure with multiple concurrent workstreams.
