Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable leader to manage hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response programmes. You will lead the Emergency Planning team, develop plans and readiness exercises, and oversee daily operations.

You will coordinate responses to emergencies including pandemics, IT downtime, and incidents, manage budgets and equipment, and drive business continuity planning with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in any field.
• Min. 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields.
• Min. 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response programmes.
• Develop and implement emergency plans, SOPs, and readiness exercises.
• Coordinate responses to emergencies, including pandemics, IT downtime, and operational incidents.
• Manage the Emergency Planning team and oversee daily operations.
• Support Operations Centre activation, post-incident reviews, and business continuity planning.
