What the role is:

As a member of the Human Resource Division’s Employee Branding & Scholarship team, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing MND’s scholarship and talent attraction efforts. This is a multifaceted role which includes reviewing our branding and outreach strategies for talent attraction, promoting scholarship and internship opportunities to potential applicants, managing the scholarship application and selection process and working with our MND Family of Statutory Boards to enhance the attractiveness of a career within our Family.

What you will be working on:
  • Shape our employer brand and talent attraction strategies. Develop and refine compelling narratives that showcase the purpose, impact and diversity of careers in the MND Family, and translate these into effective attraction and outreach strategies.
  • Bring our employer value proposition to life. Plan and deliver talent engagement initiatives such as career and scholarship fairs, networking sessions, school engagements and outreach programmes. You will engage prospective candidates and help them discover the career and development opportunities available within the MND Family.
  • Use insights to strengthen our talent attraction efforts. Analyse data, feedback and talent trends to evaluate the effectiveness of our branding, outreach and scholarship efforts, and recommend new approaches to strengthen our talent attraction efforts.

  • Drive our scholarship attraction and selection efforts. Manage the end-to-end scholarship cycle from attraction to selection, including applications, assessment centres, interviews and offers, while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Manage scholarship operations. Support the administration of scholarship operations, including scholar engagements, reimbursements, etc.
What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in employer branding and talent attraction or a related HR role.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with an ability to develop clear and compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, agencies and external partners.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to draw insights from data and feedback and translate them into practical improvements.
