Job summary

A-MAO DECORATION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced Project Site Overall Manager to oversee daily on-site construction activities, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and procedures.

You will formulate project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and provide data-driven progress reports to senior management and clients. Strong focus on quality and safety on site.

Job description

1. Project Site Overall Management

Oversee all daily on-site construction activities and full-site operational management. Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, construction teams and subcontractor crews. Ensure all construction works are strictly implemented in accordance with approved construction drawings, technical specifications, contract provisions and standardized construction procedures. Resolve critical on-site technical and operational issues to maintain continuous and orderly construction progress.

2. Schedule & Progress Strategic Control

Formulate and approve overall project construction schedules, detailed phased plans and milestone plans. Track real-time project progress, identify potential schedule delays and construction bottlenecks in advance. Develop targeted rectification and acceleration plans to ensure full on-time delivery of project milestones and final completion. Compile and submit standardized, data-driven regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

3. Construction Quality Supervision & Control

Take overall responsibility for project construction quality management. Organize and conduct comprehensive on-site quality inspections covering civil works, structural works, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems and architectural finishing works. Ensure all construction outcomes fully comply with local building codes, industrial construction standards, project design requirements and client quality specifications. Supervise the timely investigation, rectification and re-inspection of all defective works to eliminate quality risks and ensure project quality acceptance standards are met.

4. HSE & Regulatory Compliance Management

Fully enforce on-site HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management policies and systems. Organize regular site safety briefings, safety training and comprehensive hazard inspections. Identify, assess and eliminate potential safety and environmental hazards on a continuous basis. Establish standardized site safety management mechanisms to ensure zero major safety incidents throughout the project cycle. Strictly supervise the project’s full compliance with local construction industry laws, regulations and regulatory requirements to avoid compliance penalties and operational risks.
