Job summary

ISC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee production activities on-site in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards across the production line.

You will coordinate with adjacent departments to keep the schedule on track, lead a team of operators, and delegate tasks based on skills and needs. You will also coach and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement.
