Job summary

Fredda Business Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned production leader to direct the development and implementation of activities across production areas to meet goals in quality, cost, and delivery. You will prioritize schedules, manage materials, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

This role plans budgets, reviews expenditures, develops manpower plans, and mentors staff to optimize performance and productivity across the function.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
• Makes budgetary recommendations and controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor at higher levels.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
