Job summary

ECO SPRING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for cleaning services across multiple client sites. You will oversee daily operations, lead deployment of crews, and ensure adherence to NEA cleaning standards and WSH regulations.

Qualifications

• Recruit, train and induct new cleaning staff on equipment and chemical use.
• Prepare monthly manpower reports, inventory of cleaning materials, and coordinate with HR for work pass matters.
• Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.

2. 2. Responsible for manpower planning, deployment, and scheduling of cleaning crew (local and foreign cleaners).
3. 3. To conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and compliance with NEA cleaning standards and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
4. 4. To handle client meetings, attend to complaints, and ensure contract requirements are met as per SLA.
5. 5. Responsible for recruitment, training, and induction of new cleaning staff on proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
6. 6. To prepare monthly manpower reports, inventory of cleaning materials, and coordinate with HR for work pass matters.

Requirements
