About the Role

Redefine Perfection Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead the company's overall business operations, strategic direction and growth.

The Director will work closely with management and the operational team to drive business performance, develop new opportunities, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the company maintains high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives and sustainable growth

• Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure efficient business processes

• Lead, manage and develop the management and operational teams

• Set and monitor business, sales and operational targets

• Review financial performance, budgets, costs and business results

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers and other stakeholders

• Oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management and succession planning

• Establish and implement company policies, SOPs and internal processes

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements

• Monitor market trends and industry developments and identify opportunities for business improvement

• Work closely with the relevant teams on marketing, sales, customer experience and business development initiatives

• Represent the company in meetings and discussions with external parties when required

• Report business performance and key developments to the shareholders / management

• Undertake other strategic and operational responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant management, leadership or business operations experience

• Previous experience in a senior management, general management or business management role will be an advantage

• Experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, beauty or service industry is preferred

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making skills

• Strong commercial and business development mindset
