• Plan, coordinate, and monitor business activities and projects to meet deadlines and performance targets
• Supervise and guide employees to maintain smooth operations and foster a collaborative work environment
• Develop and implement operational procedures and business strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance to support informed decision-making
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to strengthen business networks
• Handle administrative and operational matters to support seamless business functions
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability through analysis and innovation
• Prepare reports and provide timely updates to management for strategic planning and review
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Resolve operational issues promptly by making appropriate management decisions
• Perform other duties related to the company’s business activities as needed
