Job summary

LUMORA HEALTH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Beauty Centre Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene compliance.

You will drive revenue by promoting services and packages, manage staff schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in beauty or wellness, with 1–3 years in supervision, and holds a relevant degree, plus TCM certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Aesthetics, Wellness, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry, including 1 to 3 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Knowledge and certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and massage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, manage staff schedules, and coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure smooth centre functioning
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate beauticians and front-desk employees to build a skilled and motivated team
• Drive revenue growth by tracking financial performance and promoting salon services and packages effectively
• Manage customer consultations, respond to inquiries, address feedback, and resolve service-recovery issues professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder beauty supplies, products, and consumables to maintain adequate stock
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold salon standards
