Job summary

The 3F HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple TCM and massage outlets in Singapore.

You will drive outlet performance, manage staff, and coordinate business development to sustain high service standards across all locations. You will lead outlet managers, therapists, receptionists, and other staff, monitor revenue and costs, and implement policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in managing TCM, massage, wellness outlets.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple TCM and massage outlets.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards across all outlets.
• Supervise, train, and manage outlet managers, therapists, receptionists, and other staff.
• Monitor outlet performance, revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, customer satisfaction, and client retention.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer loyalty programmes to increase business revenue.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements across outlets.
• Ensure all outlets comply with applicable Singapore laws, licensing requirements, workplace safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, expand the customer base, and support business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Bachelor Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine is preferred.

• Relevant experience in managing TCM, massage, wellness service outlets.

• Experience overseeing multiple outlets and managing a team of employees.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Good knowledge of outlet operations, customer service, staff management, and business performance monitoring.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business reporting.

• Willingness to travel between outlets in Singapore as required.
