Molly Tea Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites a motivated Management Trainee (Future Store Manager) to join our Singapore team. The program aims to develop future Store Managers and Operations Leaders who will drive growth and operational excellence across our global network.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and fast-track progression to Store Manager, Area Manager, or Operations Supervisor, with overseas training and opportunities for international career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, Management, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B or retail management; exceptional candidates without prior industry experience are welcome.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for overseas training and work with multicultural teams.
• Positive working attitude, teamwork spirit, and good communication skills.
