You will help with opening procedures, cash handling, KPI reporting, stock checks, and initiatives to boost sales, while reporting to the Operations Manager. This role offers hands-on training in a fast-paced environment within popular mall locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store operations.
• Store opening: ensure cleanliness, report opening cash, set daily sales targets, display price tags, monitor CCTV.
• Security management: implement theft prevention, conduct bag checks, ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Daily operations: generate KPI reports and submit inventory reports before store closure.
• Housekeeping, report closing sales, and handle banking cash with reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Find ways to improve store sales.

Come and work at one of the Most Trendiest, Coolest Candy & Snacks Store in Singapore. SGFR Pte Ltd manages the retail outlets of our main malls in Northpoint, Harbourfront etc.

We are looking for candidates to join us as Mgt Trainees.

Responsibilities:

• Ovelook all aspects of the Store including;
• Store Opening: Ensure store cleanliness and report opening cash, ensure up-to-date price tags are displayed, set daily sales targets using sales logs, and monitor CCTV positioning.
• Security Management: Implement theft prevention measures for external and internal theft, conduct bag checks, and ensure adherence to proper cash management procedures.
• Daily Operations: Generate daily KPI reports and submit daily inventory reports 10 minutes before store closure.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, report on closing sales, and handle banking cash with reporting to the Operations Manager
• Find ways to improve store sales.
