Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Trainee Assistant Manager to join our store operations team. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure high-quality F&B products, and respond promptly to feedback and complaints.

The role includes preparing staff schedules and driving sales through targeted marketing efforts. We welcome candidates with a minimum NITEC or relevant certificate and at least two years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or relevant certificate with 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Diligent team player passionate about F&B operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with no experience will be considered for the trainee manager position.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality food and beverage products consistently.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints.
• Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
• Generate sales and meet targets through proper execution of marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, and retain team members.
• Maintain standards and standard operating procedures for store operations.
• Oversee inventories and stock-taking activities.
• Regularly inspect equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and in good working order.
• Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
