Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Passionate about food and hospitality.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to communicate in English and 1 other language.
• Self-discipline and self-motivation; enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with front-of-house operation flow.
• Support Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, guest-focused service.
• Assist in planning and organizing promotions, events and marketing activities.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and service quality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, sourcing and supply management.
• Assist in restaurant administration duties.
• Assist in general operational tasks including dishwashing when required.
• Carry out tasks assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be familiarize with the flow of operation within the front-of-house of the restaurant.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
• Assist in planning & organizing promotions, events and marketing activities.
• Take part in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Help maintain high standards in food preparation and service quality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
• Work with chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and supply management.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in administration duties of the restaurant
• Assist in operational tasks, including dishwashing when required.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the management team.

REQUIREMENTS
