Job summary

MAXIUS TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to learn daily retail operations, supervise staff, and manage inventory while preparing for a store manager role.

You will learn opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems, address customer needs, monitor stock, and assist in scheduling and coaching the team, while upholding brand standards and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work retail hours, 6 days a week including weekends/public holidays.
• Eager to learn, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities
