INITIA GROUP in Singapore seeks a Management Trainee on the Manager Track within the Front of House F&B Operations for its dessert brands. You will undergo a structured training path, shadow leaders, and rotate through core functions to build leadership potential for future roles.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role offers hands-on experience, customer-focused duties, and exposure to daily outlet operations across multiple concepts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Outlet Manager in daily TOFU G, AiFokato and Watcha Mach outlet operations.
• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menu items and explain ingredients.
• Set up and close the outlet, including daily checklists.
• Familiarize and get to know all functions and operations of the outlet.
• Attend to customers' needs and queries to ensure a great outlet experience.
