Hey Rocket Pte Ltd is hiring a Management Trainee in Singapore to be trained across F&B operations and guest experience for a future spacious food court manager role.

You will rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house functions, supervise staff, and learn cost control while upholding food safety and service standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced F&B environment is a plus.
• Candidate should be hands-on and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
