Job summary

LiHO is seeking Management Trainees to embark on an exciting journey with us. Location Islandwide. Join a dynamic team and learn through rotational training to master restaurant operations, scheduling, and inventory control.

You will drive sales and profitability across outlets, oversee training for new staff, ensure compliance with policies and NEA standards, and contribute to business reporting and ad-hoc duties as you progress in your career.

• Develop mastery in restaurant operations, including manpower scheduling, administrative tasks, and inventory control.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per NEA regulations and company policies.
• Prepare business reports and assist in ad-hoc duties.
