Job summary

REVOLVE GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure day-to-day site operations run smoothly, uphold safety and hygiene guidelines, and review and implement SOPs. You will help optimize labour allocation and rostering while monitoring equipment and supplies to support continuous service delivery.

You will supervise, lead and motivate staff, coordinate training, and participate in annual performance reviews to maintain consistent service quality across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Operational: Responsible for all aspects of all sites runs smoothly on a day to day basis.
• Operational: Ensure safety and hygiene guidelines are followed.
• Operational: Discuss, review, implement and improve SOP.
• Operational: Help control labour cost by maximizing allocation and rostering of workers.
• Operational: Report on management regarding performance and productivity.
• Operational: Maintain and monitor the equipment and supplies.
• Supervisory: Supervise, lead & motivate the team.
• Supervisory: Provide and coordinate training and development program for all staff.
• Supervisory: Monitor employee performance and participate in annual employee performance reviews.
