Job summary

Beautiful Mum @ Orchard is seeking a candidate to manage daily clinic operations and ensure high clinical quality and service standards. You will work with doctors to establish policies, protocols, and procedures, while communicating with customers through multiple channels and building strong after-sales relationships.

The role includes providing professional skin/hair/body analysis and recommending appropriate aesthetic treatments and products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in aesthetics or beauty sales or related industries.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends.
• Well groomed, motivated, sales and service oriented.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Provide systematic training (Both Theory & Hands-on)
• 6 Days: Mon-Fri 10am -8pm (break 1 hr); Sat 10am-7pm (break 1hr); Sun & PH: Off
• 6 Off days/ month

• Candidate may be required to work on retail hours and weekend (Saturday, OFF on Sunday & PH)
• Well Groomed, motivated, resourceful, sales and service oriented
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
