Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with less than three years of post-graduation experience.
• Willingness to be deployed to other Katoen Natie locations worldwide.
• Exposure to operations and project improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend compulsory on-the-job training across packaging, warehousing, technical/maintenance, customer service and health, safety, quality & environment to gain different perspectives of the job.
• Gain hands-on experience in managing improvement / innovation / automation projects to enhance operational efficiencies and reduces the reliance on manual work.
• Acquire planning, organising and other related soft skillsets interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist department head to plan and direct the work of the department.
• Review standard operating procedures and streamlining processes.
• Evaluate work output and productivity.

Job Requirements
