Job summary

JOBMATCH RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic F&B professional to rotate across service and kitchen roles, assist management, and ensure smooth restaurant operations in Singapore.

You will manage cashiering duties, stock control, daily sales reporting, and uphold high mise en place standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A cheerful, communicative approach will help upsell and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in F&B industry.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Cheerful and communicative personality.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through service/kitchen positions to gain full restaurant knowledge.
• Assist Outlet Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Generate daily sales reports for management review.
• Handle stock ordering and control; support service standards.
• Deliver superior F&B service and upsell offerings.
• Plan weekly/monthly manpower schedules.
• Observe high standards of mise en place.
• Participate in initiatives to improve service standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Descriptions:

• Receive training and perform duties in service/kitchen department
• Assist Outlet Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant
• Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation by rotating on each position
• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the restaurant
• Participate in initiatives to further improve service standards and procedures
• Observe high standards of mise en place with attention to detail
• Generate daily sales report and present to company's management
• Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basisPerform effective problem solving skill when necessary
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Promote upselling of food and services
• Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 years of food & beverage industry experience
• Highly customer service oriented
• Exhibit strong leadership skills
• Cheerful, and fun-loving individual who likes communicating with people
