You will prepare ingredients, process food, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires operating kitchen machinery, following recipes for chili paste soup bases, and collaborating with a diverse team in English and basic Chinese.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in basic English and Chinese to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Food Hygiene Certificate is a strong plus.
• Energetic and positive attitude for a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process frozen food, ingredients, and beverages to meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen machinery to ensure efficient and hygienic food production.
• Prepare chili paste soup bases following established recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support kitchen operations and respond flexibly to changing tasks.
• Stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy items to support food preparation and kitchen maintenance.
