NHG Health is seeking a Manager for Fundraising & Donor Relations in Singapore. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will drive major gift initiatives, cultivate relationships with philanthropists, corporations and foundations, and manage the full donor lifecycle from prospecting to closure.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, develop proposals, and coordinate with teams to align donor interests with NHG's priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor engagement.
• Experience in fundraising, donor research and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven project management experience and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Identify, cultivate, solicit and maintain major donor relations to meet fundraising targets.
• Lead end-to-end donor journey: gift structuring, proposals, solicitation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a robust donor pipeline through research and engagement planning.
• Deliver engagement opportunities to maximize financial and non-financial support.
• Prepare pitch collateral for donor solicitation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure coordinated fundraising efforts.
• Develop fundraising content with clinical and research teams for campaigns.
• Plan and execute donor cultivation, stewardship, and events.
• Contribute to fundraising capability-building across NHG.
