• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Learning & Development manager, with maritime industry experience.
• Knowledge of maritime training requirements, industry regulations, and training standards.
• Experience in training needs analysis, program development, and learning management systems.
