Job summary

P- Parking International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent Preventive Maintenance Technician to inspect, service and repair carpark equipment in a timely, safe manner. You will perform scheduled inspections, routine servicing, and meticulous recording of activities.

Requirements: a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; at least 2 years of relevant experience; Mandarin and English communication; Microsoft Office proficiency; a valid Class 2B or 3 Singapore license; and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in carpark industry is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
• Basic English and Mandarin communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and diagnostics on carpark equipment to identify issues early.
• Carry out routine servicing: cleaning, lubrication, replacing worn parts, and preventive care.
• Repair minor faults to maintain equipment functionality.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Use computer systems for record-keeping and communication.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Preventive Maintenance Job-scope

1. Regular Inspections:

a. Conducts scheduled inspection and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential issues like wear and tear before they escape.

2. Routing Servicing:

a. Performs tasks like cleaning, lubrication, replacing worn components, cleaning equipment to keep equipment running smoothly.

3. Repairing:

a. Perform minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.

4. Recording Keeping:

a. Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used.

5. Safety Compliance:

a. Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, maintain workplace cleanliness, and follow proper safety protocols.

6. Basic Computer Skills:

a. Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication.

7. Any other Works:

a. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Experience from carpark industry will be of advantage.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
• Basic communicate in simple English, Mandarin.
• Basic in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Holds valid Class 2B or Class 3 Singapore license.
• Willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays (if need to).
