Job summary

HONG AN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Airfield Lighting Technician to perform field maintenance at Changi Airport, focusing on electrical and electronics systems and AGLCMS with safety as priority.

You will read schematics, follow PTW procedures, and join a team on night shifts (2300–0800). Requires NITEC/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Eng and Class 3 license, permanent on-site role.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read electrical and electronics schematic diagrams.
• Proactive and driven to learn and take on challenges.
• Team player, meticulous and responsible.
• Class 3 license.
• Able to commit to night shift (2300 to 0800).

Responsibilities

• Study, check and analyse contract documents such as scope of works and drawings.
• Study existing equipment and maintenance schedules and coordinate with main contractor.
• Apply permit to work (PTW) for relevant tasks.
• Attend AGLCMS failure and fault/breakdown maintenance when required.
• Ensure safety, good housekeeping and PPE compliance on site.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician/ Airfield Lighting Technician

Scope of Works

• Study, check and analyse contract documents such as scope of works, specifications and drawings, etc.
• Study existing equipment, maintenance schedule & procedures and coordinate with main contractor to execute the work accordingly
• Application of permit to work (PTW) for the relevant works
• Attending of AGLCMS failure and fault/breakdown maintenance whenever required
• Strictly follow rule and regulations set out by authorities and clients
• Ensure the workplace safety and good housekeeping
• Ensure all personnel involved in the works are wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) all the time throughout the works

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Able to read electrical and electronics schematic diagrams
• Proactive and driven to learn and take on challenges
• Team Player, meticulous and responsible
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Class 3 license
• Able to commit working on night shift on weekdays preferred (2300 to 0800)
• Working location at Changi Airport
