Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform breakdown and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, manage spare parts, and improve equipment performance. The role involves after-hours call-backs and collaboration with EH&S and Quality teams.
The ideal candidate holds a NITEC in relevant discipline, has hands-on experience, understands SOPs, and can work independently while thriving in a team.

What You Will Do
Perform breakdown maintenance to the root cause and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
Perform critical equipment spare parts management.
Improve equipment performances and the subsequent documentation.
Respond to call-back for machine recovery when escalated after office hours.
Compliance to Ethic & Compliance, EH&S & Quality program.
Support and participate in EH&S, Quality & Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities
Qualifications You Must Have
NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
2 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and repair of machineries. Open to consider candidates no experience as training will be provided.
Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools, and machines.
Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on rotating shift and overtime on need basis.
