Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. seeks a results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily hotel maintenance operations, ensuring preventive and corrective work is completed on time and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hospitality operations experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead, train, and coordinate the maintenance team while assigning and monitoring work orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance issues.
• Maintain and inspect building systems, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure rooms and facilities are operational and guest-ready.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, maintenance standards, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors, ensuring quality of work and safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventory, and equipment documentation.
• Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, utility usage, and support cost and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support a high standard of guest satisfaction with minimal operational disruption.
