Job summary

Gevernova in Singapore is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot CNC and manual machines, interpret electrical diagrams and PLC logic, and oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will supervise and mentor a skilled team, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with production and engineering to improve machine reliability and performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in electrical systems and PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians for timely maintenance.
• Troubleshoot CNC and manual manufacturing machines on site.
• Interpret electrical diagrams, PLC logic, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues.
