Job summary

Green Harvest Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance professional in Singapore to support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring smooth operations. You will perform maintenance, repair, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, covering both mechanical and electrical works, and troubleshoot failures.

The role also involves planning preventive maintenance, reviewing daily schedules, coaching workers, coordinating fabrication and repair tasks, and maintaining spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing and/or oil & gas.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Experience in PLC installation and electrical works.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment (mechanical and electrical).
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Review daily maintenance schedule and coach workers to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate fabrication and maintenance/repair (lifting mechanisms, actuators, pumps, conveyors, etc.).
• Update and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Maintain housekeeping in work areas.
