Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Planning Coordinator to schedule and track maintenance activities, manage budgets, and coordinate procurement via Ariba. You will liaise with Procurement and Finance on invoices, maintain inventory records and support month-end closing for facilities administration.

Diploma/degree in engineering or related field is required, with 3 years in maintenance planning or facilities coordination preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Procurement or related discipline.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, procurement or facilities coordination.
• Manufacturing or plant facilities maintenance experience will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of vendor coordination, purchasing and expense tracking.
• Familiarity with Ariba, ERP or inventory systems will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Monitor vendor performance, deliveries and work completion.

• Maintain inventory records, stock levels and maintenance materials.
• Support month-end closing, documentation and facilities administration.

• Position : Maintenance Planning Coordinator (Facilities / Procurement)

• Location : Jurong / Pioneer, Singapore

• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 7.42am to 5.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary up to $6300 + 1-Month Contract Completion Bonus

• Duration : Duration: 1-Year Contract
