Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd, on behalf of Our Client, seeks a maintenance planner for a Singapore-based facility. The role is Mon–Fri, in an industrial setting with company transport provided from Pioneer. Up to 3000 SGD basic plus a 1 month completion bonus is offered.

Responsibilities include planning equipment maintenance, budgeting, vendor liaison, and handling POs and payments, with inventory control and store records management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering Planning, Procurement or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant facilities maintenance environment.
• Only Singaporean may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow up on equipment and facility maintenance schedules.
• Monitor maintenance expenses, track budgets and prepare monthly reports.
• Liaise with vendors for quotations, service arrangements and completed work.
• Handle purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and maintain proper store records.
