Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd invites applications for a maintenance planner role with our manufacturing client in Singapore. You will plan, schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and facilities, and coordinate with vendors on schedules and quotations.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering Planning, Procurement or related discipline and at least 3 years of experience in plant facilities maintenance. Singaporean candidates only are eligible.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Engineering Planning, Procurement or relevant discipline.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in plant facilities maintenance environment.
• Only Singaporean may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities
• Manage maintenance expenses, budget tracking, and monthly expense reconciliation with the Finance team
• Coordinate with vendors on quotations, service schedules, work completion, and performance evaluation
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments, including resolving invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance materials, tools, and consumables
