Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults, wear, and potential safety hazards.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and support repairs to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors for servicing, repairs, and replacement works.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and arranging the purchase of maintenance materials.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new or replacement equipment.
• Assist in investigating recurring faults and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates to the supervisor.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
