Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance, calibration of plant equipment and IMTE, and basic electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting.

You will coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance for building services, support spare parts procurement, and prepare technical documents and regulatory submissions to meet safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with contractors

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and calibration for plant equipment and IMTE.
• Coordinate scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance of building services.
• Perform hands-on equipment maintenance and basic electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and HMI faults.
• Support installation, upgrading projects, feasibility studies, and technical planning.
• Coordinate contractors and supervise maintenance and repair works.
• Prepare technical documents, work instructions, training materials, approval papers, and regulatory submissions.
• Assist with spare parts procurement, supplier quotations, price negotiations, and inventory management.
• Support departmental EHS initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
