Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment (blenders, pumps, mixers, fill machines, utilities).
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot hoses, valves, compressors and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues; perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Replace faulty components and test equipment after repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and support.
• Inspect and maintain plant facilities (lighting, water supply, racks, doors, etc.).
• Carry out general repairs including minor plumbing, welding, painting and carpentry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment, including blending tanks, pumps, mixers, filling machines, and utility systems to ensure optimal operational performance.

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment such as hoses, valves, compressors, and related mechanical systems.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues and perform basic electrical troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.

• Replace faulty components and conduct equipment testing after repairs to ensure proper functionality.

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair works and technical support when required.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plant facilities, including lighting systems, doors, shutters, water supply systems, storage racks, and other building facilities.

• Perform general repair and maintenance works, including minor plumbing, welding, painting, carpentry, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• At least a NITEC or equivalent technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or processing environment.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

• Familiarity with industrial equipment, machinery maintenance, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to maintenance tasks.
