EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance activities for gas cabinets, VMB, panels, and process systems in Singapore.

You will troubleshoot equipment failures, plan predictive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts, and train technicians to ensure safe, reliable operations. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, demonstrates data-driven reliability improvements, maintains accurate records,

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering related disciplines.
2–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with gas cabinets, VMB, panels, and process systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
Plan, schedule, and execute predictive and corrective maintenance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records for compliance and data analysis.
Prepare detailed maintenance reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures to improve efficiency.
Track uptime/downtime and MTBF/MTTR to monitor reliability trends.
