Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting rotating and static mechanical equipment.
• Customer-oriented with strong ownership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel to various plant sites for maintenance and troubleshooting support.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal uptime.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate monthly reports.
• Lead root cause analyses for reliability issues and develop preventive actions.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures with on-site support within 2 hours.
