Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
• Capability to troubleshoot rotating equipment and provide RCA-based solutions.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to multiple plant sites for maintenance and support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all mechanical maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate monthly reports.
• Lead root cause analysis for reliability issues and develop preventive actions.
• Respond on-site within 2 hours for call-back maintenance and investigate root causes.
• Ensure spare parts availability and manage stock for mechanical equipment and VIE tanks.
