Job summary

The PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Training Centre is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform regular preventive maintenance of all equipment, verify functions, and maintain thorough records of checks and repairs.

You will troubleshoot using technical manuals, document parts usage and inspection results, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Machine training will be provided to support development and proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder, preferably in engineering field.
• Familiarity with machine operations/maintenance in a cleanroom is advantageous.
• Hands‑on and skilled with hand tools, power tools and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pro‑active attitude with positive mindset.
• Machine training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance of all equipment in The Company's premises, including checks, cleaning, parts changes and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot equipment with manuals to identify root causes and carry out repairs and part replacements.
• Document tasks, parts usage and inspection results.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health standards.
• Follow and improve operating procedures and workflows wherever possible.

Job Description

• Responsible for regular preventive maintenance of all equipment in The Company's premises, including regular equipment checks, regular cleaning, verification of equipment functions, change of consumable parts and lubrication of moving parts.
• Troubleshooting with help from technical manuals to identify root causes of equipment failure and perform repairs and part replacements.
• Documentation of tasks, parts usage and equipment inspection results

• Adhere to workplace safety and health standards.

• Follow operating procedures and work flows. Optimise and improve procedures and work flows, wherever possible.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder, preferably in engineering field.

• For experienced candidates, familiarity with machine operations/ maintenance in a cleanroom environment will be advantageous.

• Hands‑on and skilled with hand tools, power tools and precision measurement tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Pro‑active attitude with positive mindset.

• Machine training will be provided.
