Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Singapore’s Tuas site seeks an Associate Engineer to perform maintenance work within GMP guidelines. This site-based role requires 12-hour rotating day and night shifts and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

The candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering, have GMP experience, and be able to read PID drawings while operating SAP for maintenance transactions. Shift work and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
• GMP or GMP-related maintenance experience.
• Willingness to perform shift work.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely per Lonza policies and Safety Acts requirements.
• Operate SAP for maintenance transactions.
• Execute routine and repair work orders as assigned by the Engineer/Supervisor.
• Ensure maintenance work is performed per schedule.
• Complete GMP documentation related to maintenance activities.
• Support ongoing operations and respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and read PID/equipment drawings.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments.
• Any other duties as assigned by Engineer/Supervisor/Manager.
