Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking an Associate Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance team in a regulated manufacturing setting. The role focuses on documentation, CMMS administration, data analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure data integrity and compliant operations.

You will work with Quality and Manufacturing to maintain cGMP documentation, review work orders, and support continuous improvement projects using SAP, Maximo, and the Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Manufacturing/Chemical/Oil & Gas preferred.
• Basic understanding of cGMP requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical documentation support to the maintenance team in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Support maintenance-related documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders on maintenance documentation activities.
• Review maintenance work orders and support SR creation, including offline verification where required.
• Support CMMS setup, modification, addition and removal of job plans, assets, and inventory records.
• Consolidate, analyse and trend maintenance data from the CMMS to support operational decision-making.
• Conduct site verifications to gather maintenance-related information and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors to obtain technical information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely collection and management of maintenance records and data.
• Utilise MS Office, SAP, Maximo for maintenance activities; assist engineers with projects.
